If I purchase an item, can I return it for a refund?
Our general rule is all sales are final. However, we want happy customers, so please contact us by email to discuss your reason for wanting to return an item. Refunds are given at the discretion of Abby's Closet. You may receive a credit instead of a refund. We'll discuss it and everyone will be happy!!

If I return an item, what about a refund?
We will be happy to offer you a credit of the purchase price of the returned item. We ask that you contact us before making a return. You will receive an email from us with the credit information once the item has been returned in its original condition.

Can I purchase your items in quantity?
Are you kidding -- OF COURSE YOU CAN, if it is a handmade item or if it is an item that we have quantity! If it is an item that we have hand crafted and you need more than one of the same item, please contact us by email with your needs (and/or wants). We will see how we can accomodate you.

What types of metals are used in your jewelry?
We use sterling silver, gold plated, silver plated and sometimes other metals. If you have a question about the metals used in any item, please email before purchasing.

How do I clean my jewelry I purchase from Abby's Closet?
Each handmade item needs different care depending on the materials used. We recommend that you clean your crystal and sterling silver/plated jewelry with one part commercial DELICATE jewelry cleaner and two parts water. Any other items - please read the manufacturer's recommendations.
